Job Summary
The Coordinator for Student Leadership Programs is a 12-month, full-time, live-in, professional staff position within The Office of Residence Life and the Student Affairs Division at the University of Utah.
Reporting to an Assistant Director of Residence Life, the Coordinator for Student Leadership Programs advises the University of Utah's Residence Hall Association ( RHA ) and National Residence Hall Honorary ( NRHH ) and supports the Community Council program to advance leadership development, and student advocacy across the Office of Residence Life's residential communities. The Office of Residence Life and the University of Utah value interactions among individuals with varying traditions, cultures, identities, expressions, orientation, religious beliefs, economic backgrounds, and racial/ethnic origins. + The Coordinator for Student Leadership Programs is a full-time, live-in staff member.
+ The Coordinator for Student Leadership Programs will keep regular office hours. Evening and weekend commitments will be required to fulfill duties of the position.
+ While serving on-call, the Coordinator for Student Leadership Programs will remain within a 20-minute response time of the University. Coordinators are expected to serve on call during holidays, weekends, and evenings as needed to ensure 24/7 coverage. On-call responsibilities are split among staff members.
