About us

Baked in Nashville is a custom bakery specializing in wedding and specialty cakes, decorated sugar cookies, and French Macarons. We do not have a retail store open to the public. All orders are custom orders only.

Full time sugar cookie decorating position available (hourly pay is based on experience). We are looking for a passionate team member looking to learn and grow with the company. This position is for a sugar cookie decorator with flexible hourly daytime weekday schedule but some days can vary based on workload. We do not typically do production on the weekends but some weekends may be required to make deliveries (this is not a full shift, normally 1-2 hours and is bonus pay in addition to your weekly hours).

Making dough and royal icing Cutting out cookies Icing sugar cookies Intricately decorating sugar cookies Individually bagging sugar cookies Washing dishes
Skills & requirements:

Baking and cookie decorating experience required Easily follow recipes Must maintain a clean work space Willing to learn new skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail Must have good time management skills and the ability to multi-task Ability to meet strict deadlines Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time Some weekends and holidays required Basic knowledge of health code practices

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
