Line Cook II | Kitsap Conference Center

Create menu magic and make hungry people happy. Showcase your skills by providing daily preparation requirements while working together with the culinary team to ensure quality and constancy of food items. Line Cook II is responsible for reading and interpreting recipes, conducting inventory and adhering to standards for sanitation and safe food handling procedures.

What you\'ll do:

The Nitty Gritty
  • Previous cooking experience required
  • Necessary State Food Handler\'s License(s)
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
  • Must posess knife skills, the ability to adjust preparations for flavor, and accommodate customer\'s needs in a timely manner.

Kitsap Conference Center at Bremerton Harborside offers 17,000 square feet of meeting and event space on the waterfront of Bremerton, Washington. Just a short ferry ride from Seattle, Kitsap Conference Center offers an unsurpassed standard of excellence for your meetings conferences, trade shows, social events, reunions, and weddings in Washington State. The conference center\'s recent expansion added five flexible function rooms on the third floor for additional meeting and event space with spectacular views and even more opportunities to host multiple day meetings with breakouts, and memorable weddings.

With an ideal waterfront location and sweeping views of Sinclair Inlet, the venue comfortably accommodates up to 700 guests and offers easy access to Bremerton hotels. The outdoor water fountains and plaza highlight the conference center\'s marina setting, making it the most unique venue in Kitsap County.
