Job Duties:

Support cross-functional teams by overseeing control systems design, implementation, and quality control for various projects.

Provide comprehensive support to internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Lead design reviews, ensuring adherence to quality assurance processes and coordinating commissioning and controls onboarding for new projects.

Collaborate with clients and vendors to evaluate system design, functionality, and alignment with standards and best practices.

Document and track project progress, working closely with stakeholders for successful delivery.

Conduct thorough reviews of control sequences, drawings, and mechanical designs for compliance and functionality.

Recommend improvements and serve as a central contact for effective communication and issue resolution.

Review databases for accuracy, integrity, and compliance with design specifications.

Perform database integrity checks and review programs, graphics, alarms, trends, and reports.

Visit job sites during construction, commissioning, and qualification phases.

Assess and document BMS controls implementation, providing recommendations for corrective actions.

Assist in developing budgets and schedules, collaborating with project teams for accurate estimates and timelines.

Lead complex projects, coordinate teams, and manage deliverables for successful outcomes.

Provide valuable feedback to enhance BMS standards and share industry insights for continuous improvement.

Experience must include:

Designing building management control systems for commercial office facilities and labs.

Conducting technical reviews of HVAC mechanical and controls designs.

Coordinating and managing technical design efforts across project teams.

Project management, handling multiple concurrent projects with clear scopes and schedules.

Conducting site visits to assess and document BMS controls implementation.

Documenting and developing processes and procedures for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Facilities/HVAC Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role or engineering-related occupation.

Estimated compensation for this position is:

103,000.00 \xe2\x80\x93 150,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant\xe2\x80\x99s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
