You'll lead day-to-day accounting operations, strengthen internal controls, elevate financial reporting, and partner with leadership to guide decisions that drive long-term success. Responsibilities



Oversee accurate, timely GAAP-compliant financial statements for all business units, providing analysis and reporting to senior leadership and ownership Manage core accounting functions, including AP, AR, general ledger, month-end close, and reconciliations across multiple entities Build, refine, and maintain efficient financial processes and internal controls that ensure accuracy and integrity Lead budgeting and forecasting -- collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data to guide decision-making Establish and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets, reduce risk, and support scalable growth Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting standards across jurisdictions Analyze financial and operational results to identify cost savings, margin improvement, and efficiency opportunities Deliver clear, actionable financial insights to the leadership team, translating data into strategic recommendations Implement policies, controls, and reporting systems that support profitability and operational excellence Partner with the

General Manager

to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals Conduct research and financial modeling related to revenue opportunities, market trends, and cost optimization Coordinate and support audits, ensuring accurate and timely documentation for internal and external stakeholders Monitor evolving accounting standards and ensure proactive compliance Support the GM with capital planning, resource allocation, and financial planning for growth initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience in

manufacturing accounting

and multi-entity financial management Expertise in

GAAP

, financial reporting, and internal controls Strong

FP&A

capabilities High-level analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills ERP and financial consolidation experience (

SAP Business One preferred

) Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities Detail-oriented, accuracy-driven, and committed to continuous improvement
