What You'll Do

As Controller, you'll be the financial backbone of our operations, driving strategy and execution across multiple units. Your impact will be felt daily as you:

Lead all accounting operations - GL, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close Deliver accurate, actionable financial statements that inform critical business decisions Partner with leadership to shape budgets, forecasts, and growth strategies Build and strengthen internal controls that scale with our expansion Guide financial planning for new store openings and strategic investments Manage cash flow, working capital, and key vendor relationships Implement systems and processes that support rapid growth Coordinate audits and ensure flawless tax compliance Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and HR to optimize labor costs and business planning

Who You Are

You're a finance pro with restaurant DNA. You've seen the chaos of multi-unit operations and know how to bring order, insight, and strategic thinking to the table.

Must-haves:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus) 5+ years in accounting/finance

within restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit retail

(non-negotiable) Multi-unit or multi-brand financial management experience Rock-solid understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Mastery of accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and Excel Exceptional communication skills - can translate numbers into narratives Track record of thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environments Positive energy and relationship-building skills with franchisees, vendors, and team members Collaborative spirit and willingness to dive into special projects

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
