WANDRD is an award-winning brand designing premium gear for creatives, adventurers, and everyday explorers. We're a lean, founder-led team with operations across ecommerce, Amazon, Kickstarter, and wholesale--plus international fulfillment and VAT/tariff complexity.
We're looking for a Controller who brings more than just clean books--we need someone who can bring structure to our finances, reduce inventory bloat, improve forecasts, and improve profitability.

We're seeking a hands-on, mid-to-senior level Controller to take ownership of WANDRD's accounting, cashflow, and financial operations--with a strong emphasis on inventory and purchasing strategy. You'll collaborate closely with our supply chain manager to tie inventory purchasing to financial strategy, improve forecast accuracy, and reduce excess stock.
This is a highly cross-functional role that bridges accounting, finance, supply chain, and leadership. The ideal candidate brings deep inventory experience, strong modeling skills, and a bias toward actionable insight--not just reporting.
