Congressional Federal Credit Union is seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Controller to oversee all aspects of financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, and compliance. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Credit Union's financial data, maintaining compliance with GAAP, and driving efficiency across financial processes. The Controller will lead a team of four accounting professionals, manage audits, forecasting, and reporting, and partner closely with senior leadership on key initiatives such as core system transformation and process improvement. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the financial success and strategic direction of the organization.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - This role is based in Oakton, Virginia and allows for three days of remote work per week, with two days required on-site in the office.
