Schedule: Based on Business Needs



The Controller is responsible for overseeing the company's financial management and administrative functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and relevant regulations. This role involves managing all aspects of financial reporting, payroll processing, tax compliance, vendor payments, banking transactions, and maintaining company systems and infrastructure. The Controller will ensure the company's financial integrity, efficiency, and compliance while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Function:



Prepare and manage aging reports for accounts receivable. Analyze and verify financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Reconcile deposits and bank transactions within the SAP system. Process payroll accurately through systems such as ADP and SAP, including the review of hours and commissions. Generate and analyze monthly HR reports Maintain comprehensive employee records and oversee employee insurance management. Manage the entry and review of service invoices and commercial credit card transactions. Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and manage advance payments and provisions. Oversee foreign currency transactions (hedging) and related payments, ensuring optimal exchange rates, if applicable. Coordinate logistics and manage the entry of production costs and purchase orders related to maquila products in SAP. Prepare and audit physical inventory, and resolve any discrepancies. Manage the company's tax reporting and payment processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Oversee the management and reporting of annual license payments. Manage the company's banking needs, coordinating with accountants and ensuring accurate financial documentation. Handle the management of invoices and assetrelated expenses, ensuring all records are maintained accurately.

Knowledge/Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position such as Controller or similar. Proficiency in SAP, ADP, and Microsoft Office Suite; strong experience in financial analysis and reporting. Must be able to maintain a professional manner under stress The ideal candidate must also possess excellent organization, task management, and verbal/written communication skills A successful candidate will be comfortable in a highenergy, serviceoriented environment and be able to manage multiple functions and priorities Working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook programs * "Klaw" is an equal opportunity employer.
