Job Description
As Controller, you'll drive financial success by overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and corporate controls for the manufacturing industry. This hands-on role lets you make a real impact through direct involvement in financial management. - Prepare and review financial statements, month-end close,
- Monitor cash flow, manage budgeting and forecasting
- Conduct variance analysis, operational revenue recognition
- Manage the financial software, establish internal controls and identify ways to improve internal processes
- Ensure tax reporting compliance, audit preparation against local, state and federal tax regulations
- Collaborate with CFO and leadership team and present financial reporting
- Perform daily financial tasks and documentation such as AR/AP, invoicing, reconciliations, and GL transactions

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting/finance
- 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
