We are seeking a

Controller

to lead and manage our financial operations. This role is both

strategic and hands-on

, supporting executive leadership while ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong controls, and operational efficiency across the organization.

You'll play a critical role in maintaining financial health, improving profitability, and supporting continued growth.

Financial Reporting

Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead the annual budgeting process Develop and maintain regular financial forecasts Partner with department leaders to manage and optimize budgets

Cost Accounting

Oversee job costing, inventory valuation, and production cost analysis Work closely with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities Improve cost accuracy and profitability reporting

Internal Controls & Compliance

Develop and maintain strong internal controls Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards

Strategic Partnership

Serve as a trusted financial partner to the executive team Provide analysis and guidance to support business decisions and long-term planning Analyze financial performance and present insights to senior leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience Experience in a senior accounting or leadership role Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls Working knowledge of GAAP Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, financial modeling, etc.) Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred; NetSuite, Epicor, SAP also relevant) Proven ability to lead people and manage financial resources, including remote teams Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

Preferred

CPA or equivalent certification (not required) Manufacturing or production environment experience
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
