Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Controller to oversee all accounting and financial operations for a growing construction firm. This hands-on role manages AP/AR, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance while supporting project accounting.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
? Proven Controller or senior accounting experience
? Construction industry accounting background
? Strong GAAP, tax, and financial reporting knowledge
? Local to Lexington, KY & able to work on-site
