A growing manufacturing company in the Lake County area is seeking a
Plant Controller
to lead financial operations at the plant level. This role oversees accounting, reporting, and budgeting functions while partnering with operations and corporate finance to drive accuracy and performance.Key Responsibilities
Manage accounting activities including journal entries, payroll, and reconciliations Lead month-end and year-end close processes and prepare financial reports Analyze results, trends, and KPIs to support business decisions Develop budgets, forecasts, and analysis Collaborate across departments to optimize costs and efficiency
Qualifications
B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-10 years of progressive accounting or financial experience Manufacturing experience strongly preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
$100,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $111,519.81 per year
