Your Role as Controller

As the

Controller

, you will oversee

all aspects of financial operations

, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance. You will design, implement, and refine internal controls and accounting procedures to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and integrity across the organization. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to balance big-picture financial strategy with the detailed processes that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

Direct accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions Prepare budgets, forecasts, monthly financial statements, and reconciliations Apply advanced accounting techniques to improve processes and reduce operational costs

Systems & Process Improvement

Evaluate and enhance accounting procedures, workflows, and internal controls Ensure high data integrity across all financial and statistical systems Maintain advanced proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and query tools

Leadership & Collaboration

Provide expertise and guidance to internal teams and external service partners Maintain consistent attendance and dependable performance Stay current on industry trends through continued education, reading, and seminars

CPA

Master's degree

5-7 years of related experience
