Control Officer Responsibilities:
You will work with at-risk and troubled youth by supervising, monitoring, and assisting with daily programs, activities and routines. Responsible for monitoring operations of the facility, controlling all entry and exits, maintaining radio communications with duty officers, and ensuring that operational procedures are followed in order to provide for the care, welfare, safety and security of clients and staff. Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A Bachelor\'s Degree in Criminal Justice, Corrections or related field preferred
- Previous experience with target population preferred
- Successful completion of a Background Check
- 21 years of age; 24 in Residential Living facilities
- Valid Drivers License
- Graduation from Juvenile Corrections Academy, or willingness to attend
- Must pass criminal background check
- Must pass drug screening
