POSITION SUMMARY:
Advanced Energy is looking for a Contracts and Legal Operations and Technology Analyst to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado. The Contracts and Legal Operations and Technology Analyst will be responsible for contracts administration, managing and refining the contract lifecycle management system, and ensuring contracts are efficiently reviewed, executed, and accounted for. This position will also provide other operational support to the Legal department, including managing the department's legal technology tools and implementing new legal technologies. Accordingly, in addition to contract administration skills, proficiency with and the ability to learn how to improve the SaaS and other computer systems that the Legal department uses is necessary.
