The Contracting Sales Support Specialist is responsible for mentoring, developing, and supporting our different business streams' salespeople including New Business Development, Service Account Managers, Contracting Sales, New System Sales, and Inside Technical Sales Engineers. Additional responsibilities include aiding in the selling of value-based business solutions for our strategic clients. These include turnkey, BAS, and energy based solutions. The individual promotes Seiberlich Trane Energy Services value proposition at both the facility and executive level providing solutions to the client's business and financial challenges.
