Your Mission: Drive Quality, Empower Lives




As the CQI Manager, you will be the driving force behind our quality standards, focusing intensely on outcomes that matter. You will measure success not just by compliance, but by the tangible growth and fulfillment of the people we support.

Key Responsibilities Include:



Outcome Acceleration:

Design and implement systems to significantly

increase the rate of achievement

of individualized outcomes, particularly those that foster skill development, self-advocacy, and meaningful relationship-building.

System Mastery:

Lead the research, implementation, and monitoring of all DODD standards, CARF requirements, and best practices. Use assessment tools (including MUI/UI data) to set ambitious quality and licensing goals.

Talent Development Strategist:

Be the champion for

strategic workforce development

. Provide technical assistance, engaging training, and resources to build staff competency, ensuring they are equipped to meet complex support needs and adhere strictly to person-centered planning principles.

Compliance & Excellence:

Ensure consistent adherence to Ohio Individual Service Plans (ISPs), providing staff with the guidance and training needed for proper documentation and effective advocacy.

Data-Driven Leadership:

Collect, monitor, and share crucial data as part of our continuous quality measures, using insights to inform and refine our approach.

What You Bring to the Table




You are an experienced manager ready to take on a role with deep purpose.

Required Experience:

A minimum of

two years

in a management position overseeing staff.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED is required. A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is a strong plus!

Skills:

Basic computer proficiency (Word, Outlook, internet navigation) is a must. Project management experience is preferred.

Commitment:

You must be willing to travel to our service locations and maintain a flexible full-time schedule to ensure full staff support across our 24/7 operations.
