Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical

Continuous Improvement Facilitator

to lead process enhancement initiatives across our manufacturing and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and ERP systems to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize overall performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

Duties



Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects utilizing tools such as Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies. Analyze operational data using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and other analytics tools to identify areas for process optimization. Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to implement process improvements aligned with business goals. Utilize SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and other ERP systems to monitor inventory management, demand planning, production scheduling, and procurement activities. Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues affecting productivity or quality and develop effective solutions. Support the development of standardized work procedures and best practices across departments. Track project progress and measure outcomes to ensure continuous improvement initiatives deliver tangible results. Facilitate training sessions on lean principles, process improvement techniques, and ERP system functionalities for staff at all levels.

Excellent communication skills to facilitate cross-functional teamwork and training sessions. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment. This role is integral to fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by applying industry best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS



Split between office and production floor; PPE as required. Frequent standing/walking; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds; ability to observe work at stations/cells.

ACCOUNTABILITY



Responsible for enabling sound CI practices, staying current on methods, and guiding effective project execution. Expected to model safe work habits, follow company policies/procedures, and contribute positively to the Electronic Systems, Inc. team.

SUPERVISION



No direct reports. Provides coaching and service support to internal customers across Operations, Quality, Materials, Document Control, and Engineering.
