Duties
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects utilizing tools such as Kaizen, Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Analyze operational data using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and other analytics tools to identify areas for process optimization.
Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to implement process improvements aligned with business goals.
Utilize SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and other ERP systems to monitor inventory management, demand planning, production scheduling, and procurement activities.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues affecting productivity or quality and develop effective solutions.
Support the development of standardized work procedures and best practices across departments.
Track project progress and measure outcomes to ensure continuous improvement initiatives deliver tangible results.
Facilitate training sessions on lean principles, process improvement techniques, and ERP system functionalities for staff at all levels.
