What you will be doing

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Participates in the investigation of defects reporting across the organization
  • Participates in the root cause analysis of defects and works with departments to develop training and process changes (kaizen) to eliminate errors.
  • Coordinates internal reports on defects in Pilgrim/Salesforce.
  • Tracks defects reports across ICS operations.
  • Participates in Kaizen process across organization.
  • Coordinates the distribution, collection, tabulation and reporting of various data tools related to operational performance across ICS, Inc.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires broad training in fields such as office administration, quality assurance, continuous improvement or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally requires 1+ years\' directly related and progressively responsible experience. MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
  • Continuous process improvement experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work under limited guidance
  • Ability to maintain knowledge associated with ICS Inc. operations
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Computer hardware/software customary to the healthcare setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications, such as the latest versions of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access.
  • Ability to use MS Excel to produce pivot tables using data from software programs such as Pilgrim/Salesforce.
