Cox Media Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Continuity Manager to join our Traffic Department. This critical role ensures the accurate assignment and maintenance of commercial copy.


You'll work closely with sales, programming, production, and on-air talent, ensuring smooth communication and flawless execution of advertiser campaigns. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for broadcast operations, we want to hear from you

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assign creative copy for all local and national broadcast clients Manage workflow through a paperless production order system (vCreative) Upload scripts and documentation for co-op clients Oversee daily inventory management using WideOrbit Interpret client instructions to ensure accurate scheduling of commercials Coordinate live reads and endorsements with on-air talent and production teams Maintain strong communication with Account Executives and clients to ensure accuracy and timely delivery

Minimum Qualifications

Prior experience in broadcasting traffic or traffic continuity is a plus Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment Superior organizational and time management skills Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional demeanor and solid understanding of business processes

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook/SharePoint, WideOrbit Traffic, AIM and vCreative is highly preferred
