GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION

Provides comprehensive training to prepare students for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE), covering pharmaceutical principles, medication processing, and pharmacy operations in retail and hospital settings.

Employee may not exceed 19.5 hours per week.

WORKING CONDITIONS:


Restricted-Sustained posture, for prolonged periods; light lifting, some walking, pushing, pulling on a regular basis. Minimal Hazard/Exposure-Standard office setting. At least minimal environmental controls are in place to assure health and comfort

BENEFITS:


Part-Time Retirement. Participation in Medicare Part A, but not Social Security (FICA)

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

5+ years of relevant work experience as a certified Technician or Pharmacist
