We're hiring a

Content & Social Media Manager

to take full ownership of our content and marketing presence. You'll lead the creation, editing, posting, and performance tracking of all content -- while managing a small team of editors and supporting the production of live virtual events.

What You'll Do

Lead the

content strategy and calendar

across all major platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more). Manage and direct a team of editors, writers, and designers. Oversee

video and photo shoots

, ensuring content aligns with brand tone and goals.

Run production for live events and webinars

(virtual and in-person), coordinating lighting, audio, cameras, and streaming setup. Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, workshops, coaching sessions) into short-form clips for social media. Write and review captions, titles, and post copy to ensure clarity and brand consistency. Track and report on content performance using analytics and KPIs. Stay up to date on trends in marketing, social media, and entrepreneurship to keep content fresh and relevant.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in

content management

,

social media strategy

, or

digital marketing

. Strong project management and leadership skills -- you'll be managing a small content team. Experience with video production or event production. Excellent writing and communication skills. Familiarity with tools like

Canva, Kajabi, Google Workspace, and ClickUp/Asana

. Bonus: Experience in entrepreneurship, education, or the coaching industry.
