Interview Process: 3 rounds, all *on-camera*, 30-45mins each. 1st round with manager, 2nd round with cross-functional team members, 3rd round with Head of Marketing.

If this sounds like you, join us as a Content Marketing Manager, Client the retail media network of Client. In this role, you'll drive the content strategy across the board for the fast-growing retail media platform of the 6th largest company in the U.S. Your aim is to create a clear and differentiated content strategy for our Client business that drives advertiser partnership and engagement.
Duties:
As the voice of Client in the market, your ability to assess the competitive landscape and advertiser needs (current and future) is paramount to success. We will rely on you to craft Client into a unique brand with a solidified, differentiated, and consistent industry position and then drive that story through paid, owned, and earned channels in concert with internal teams, external agencies, and business leadership teams.
In this position you'll be responsible for strategically deploying content on behalf of our retail media business across paid and owned channels, including website, LinkedIn, sales support collateral and media campaigns. You'll call the plays and orchestrate cross-team involvement to foster a comprehensive Client content calendar driven by focused messaging that drives engagement in our products and client solutions for Client advertisers.
You'll work collaboratively with many teams across the organization. We'll rely on your expertise in digital media and B2B marketing to support our overall business objectives and help us stand out from the competition with integrated marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or communications, preferably within B2B, adtech, or retail media
  • 3+ years of digital product marketing ownership, including examples of driving significant product & partnership growth
  • 3+ years of cross-functional experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in product marketing at a digital media vendor or retail media network for 2+ years.
  • Proven track record of the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners in delivery of positive results.
  • Self-motivated, high-capacity individual who can function and win in a demanding, performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills that can be effectively articulated in both written and oral forms across a diverse audience base. Including comfort with coordinating and preparing for business announcement scenarios.
  • Creative problem solver who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans and act decisively and independently.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into engaging content
  • Experience leading website content strategy or working on web redesign projects
  • Proven experience managing content calendars across digital channels
  • Familiarity with various business platforms - Adobe Analytics, Marketo, LinkedIn business manager
  • Travel requirement is up to 25%.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent (High School Diploma and 4 years of experience) required.
