Skills and Experience
This is an independent, performance-based role is best suited for a professional with:
5-8 years experience in Marketing, Business Development or Learning & Development field in a 'people-first' business or freelance role
Familiarity with social and digital marketing platforms
Drive, energy and a growth mindset with willingness to up skill for a new economy
Strong communication skills and confidence in video conferencing
Responsibilities
Engage in regular online training and professional development
Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital platforms
Learn and apply lead generation methods through our proven system
Conduct structured interviews with qualified candidates
Support onboarding processes and information flow
