We're looking for an energetic, people-loving Content Marketer who is ready to learn and grow with us.
Position Overview
As a Content Marketer, you will create high-quality marketing content for clients across social media, email, and
digital platforms. This includes writing, designing, shooting, editing, planning, scheduling, and collaborating on
strategy.
You'll work closely with clients and the internal team to bring their brand story to life. This role requires strong
people skills, initiative, creativity, and the ability to juggle projects with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
-Create social media content (short-form video, graphics, photos, captions, stories, carousel posts, etc.).
Scheduling, Publishing & Management
- Schedule and publish content across all major platforms. Use social media management tools for planning, approval, and publication.
Strategy & Analytics
- Participate in strategy sessions and idea generation. Create monthly analytics reports with insights and recommendations. Identify trends and optimize content based on performance.
Client Communications
- Attend meetings, manage communication, and collaborate with clients professionally and energetically. Build strong relationships and genuinely hype clients up during content creation and strategy conversations.
Team Collaboration
- Work with the marketing team to brainstorm, solve problems, and elevate client results. Support the agency's own marketing efforts (behind-the-scenes content, ideas, occasional support tasks). Assist with occasional tasks around the office when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Canva expertise
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere/After Effects are a plus)
CapCut or similar video editing tools
Photography/videography experience
Social media management tools
MailChimp
Strong writing skills
Basic SEO understanding
Google Workspace proficiency
Understanding of Meta platforms and algorithm basics
