About the Role:

As a member of the Developer Experience team, the Content Manager will be curious about Confluent\'s developer audience and want to learn how to engage them through content, production, and best practices. As the driver of multiple content programs, the Content Manager will drive audience engagement and growth, making Confluent\'s technical content an exceptional experience for developers.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the end-to-end process of the creation of developer education content, including managing the video production process and occasionally editing the videos.
• Based on demonstrated experience, generate new ideas for creating high-quality content and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of technologists, speakers, and instructional designers to create first-class educational content.
• Drive the programs that you manage, including setting up and optimizing processes, gathering input across teams, and ensuring content is of high quality and published on a regular cadence.
• Coordinate metrics with the DevX team on a regular basis.

What You Will Bring:

• 4+ years of experience managing video training projects
• 2+ years of experience with audio and video production/editing with Adobe Premiere and AfterEffects
• 2+ years of experience related to content management and writing/publishing skills of technically oriented materials.
• Excellent communication and project management skills

What Gives You an Edge:

• Experience with working with technical content for developer audiences.
• Experience with creating graphics (motion graphics a plus) and video editing.
• Experience with managing complex projects across multiple organizations.
• Managing stakeholder relationships, including at the executive level.
• Experience with Apache Kafka or Confluent Cloud.

We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including work history, education, professional experience, and location. This position has an annual estimated salary of $102,100 - 117,400 USD, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
