About the Role

We are a fast-growing company led by a high-energy CEO who is very active on TikTok. We're seeking an energetic, reliable, and camera-confident Content & Household Assistant to help power our daily content engine and keep the CEO fueled and on schedule.

This highly visible hybrid role combines light personal support with hands-on content creation and editing.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a healthy lunch for the CEO (Monday-Friday) - simple, clean meals (ingredients provided) Host a 30-60 minute TikTok livestream at times featuring the CEO, 5 days per week (you will appear on camera daily) Film short-form TikTok/Reels content throughout the day Edit daily livestream highlights and additional short-form videos using CapCut or similar mobile apps Provide light administrative and errand support as needed Collaborate directly with the Marketing & Social Media Director and CEO on content strategy and execution
Ideal Candidate

Strong video editing experience (please include portfolio or links to edited TikToks/Reels in your application) Proven on-camera presence and confidence (you must enjoy hosting lives and appearing daily) Proficient with CapCut, InShot, or equivalent mobile editing apps (fast turnaround on same-day edits required) Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera (shooting, lighting, framing) Reliable, punctual, positive energy, and professional on and off camera Enjoys preparing simple healthy meals (no professional cooking experience needed) Excellent attention to detail and strict confidentiality Available Monday-Friday during standard business hours Local to Eugene, Oregon area (fully in-person role)
Bonus Points

Existing TikTok following or viral content Experience supporting executives or creators Familiarity with live-stream gear and trending TikTok effects/sounds Valid driver's license
