Content Creator

to shape and share our brand story across digital platforms. This role blends storytelling, content strategy, and social media expertise to elevate our voice, engage our audiences, and support key business initiatives.

What You'll Do

Narrative Development + Craft and evolve the Charles D. Sheehy brand story, highlighting our history, values, people, and products in ways that resonate with our core audiences.
Content Creation + Generate original written, visual, and multimedia content for Social channels, including: Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin, email newsletters, our website, and internal communications.
Social Media Strategy + Plan, manage, and optimize our social media channels. Develop a calendar, track performance, and modify a plan based on engagement.
Marketing Support + Partner with leadership and sales teams to support product launches, employee spotlights, trade show and industry events, and recruitment campaigns.
Brand Stewardship + Ensure a consistent voice, tone, and visual identity across all content.

What You Bring:

Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and manage multi-channel content. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics. Experience with content management systems (CMS), SEO, and visual storytelling. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
