Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contact Center Representative located in Lake Charles, LA. The Contact Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, resolving member inquiries, and addressing any issues related to accounts. The role involves promoting CSE Federal Credit Union products and services, ensuring member satisfaction, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Experience with Customer Service Representatives and Customer Experience Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Proficiency in computer applications and technology used in a contact center Experience in the banking or credit union industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
