Oracle Health Government Services seeks a skilled Federal Project Manager to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will lead program delivery across large-scale healthcare IT programs which includes Oracle Health and partner solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing project activities within healthcare delivery models and federal environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and client partners, requiring strong knowledge of project delivery, project risk and issues management, especially in federal or government settings.
Responsibilities:

• Lead integration and performance across large scale healthcare IT programs, driving solution delivery.
• Drive project activities, engaging across internal and external stakeholders to meet the delivery schedule.
• Provide leadership in deliverable tracking, requirements traceability, and meeting contractual obligations.
• Understand business requirements, with the ability to translate business requirements into customer solutions.

• Strong background in project manager within healthcare and/or government environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Organization and problem-solving skills with the ability analyze needs and identify solutions.

Education, certifications, or experience (preferred/required):

• Previous IT support role working in an enterprise
• Required travel up to 25%
• US Citizenship is required with an ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities:
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
