We are seeking a visionary leader to join our Technology/New Age consulting business unit at the Partner level. This role is focused on driving strategic growth across key accounts by leveraging emerging capabilities and identifying new opportunities for transformation and innovation.
The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to lead complex consulting engagements. This role also requires specialized experience in data center consulting, including roadmap development, infrastructure planning, scaling strategies, and the use of advanced technologies to optimize hyperscaler operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead consulting growth across strategic accounts, managing business development, client relationships, and delivery of high-impact engagements.
• Partner with client executives to define and execute transformation strategies focused on customer experience, operational efficiency, product innovation, and digital enablement.
• Develop differentiated consulting solutions using emerging technologies such as AI, GenAI, cloud, IoT, and data analytics.
• Cultivate strong C-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor, influencing long-term strategy and investment priorities.
• Collaborate with global account teams and cross-functional leaders to align on client goals and ensure seamless execution.
• Drive thought leadership through industry forums, publications, analyst engagements, and digital channels.
• Mentor and lead consulting teams, fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture.
• Advise clients on data center strategy, including infrastructure planning, scaling, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI and analytics to optimize data center evaluations, cost-benefit analyses, and cross-functional planning.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven success in senior consulting or advisory roles within the Technology/New Age industry, with experience leading multimillion-dollar transformation initiatives at top-tier firms (e.g., Apple, Meta).
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to expand client relationships, win new business, and drive strategic growth.
• Deep understanding of the Hi-Tech landscape, including challenges across Trust & Safety, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.
• Expertise in data center consulting, including capacity planning, scaling strategies, and operations optimization.
• Experience applying advanced analytics and AI in data center strategy across engineering, supply chain, and infrastructure teams.
• Executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior audiences.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex consulting engagements and cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Passion for innovation and ability to translate emerging trends into actionable client solutions.
• Strong leadership in mentoring and developing consulting talent.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $190,000.00 to $265,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
