- Troubleshoot problems at rental properties
- Has the experience and the skills to work with a team renovating kitchens, bathrooms, painting and installing floors.
- Can work independently as well as on a team
- Can be on call 2 weeks per month - on call rate $30/hour
- Is a GREAT team player and lives by the mantra respect for the individual
- Has great customer service skills
- Must have own tools and willing to use them
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have a clean driving record - there will be access to a company vehicle
