Job Description

Summary: Benson Fence Co. seeks a reliable and organized Construction Yard Associate to manage our warehouse and inventory. This role is essential for tracking incoming and outgoing materials, organizing the yard, preparing orders for crews, and maintaining a safe and efficient operation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned that pertain to this position.
Receive, unload, and store incoming materials and supplies.
Pull and stage materials for daily installation crews and specific job orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
Operate a forklift safely (certification a plus).
Keep the construction yard and warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
Experience in a warehouse, lumber yard, or construction environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory management.
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work outdoors/indoors.
Forklift certification or experience is preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
