Responsibilities

Assist in the installation of windows and doors. Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Carry out foundational tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and installing basic structures under supervision Operate hand tools and power equipment safely to support various construction activities Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues Support the installation of fixtures, framing, drywall, and other building components as directed Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify potential hazards or issues needing attention

Qualifications

Prior experience or familiarity with construction sites or manual labor roles is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods Strong attention to safety procedures and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment is advantageous but training will be provided Reliable, punctual, and eager to contribute as part of a team
