Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the construction field. We are looking to fill positions on our building crews, as well as running our prep-shop.

Duties

Assist in the preparation of each job by cutting and prepping all materials in our shop to meet each custom project requirements and getting things loaded on a trailer. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively. Painting Trim, building smaller trusses and barn doors, cutting all 2x4's at the right measurements according to cut lists provided. Making sure all materials are loaded efficiently, and no materials are missing for our builders to come pick up. Loading OSB and Siding. Maintain shop cleanliness and organization, checking up on inventory and re-stocking when needed. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in using power tools and heavy equipment safely. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds). Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety protocols on job sites and in the shop. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
