Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Worker to join our team. This role involves supporting construction projects through physical labor, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of various building activities. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a dynamic construction environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with the loading and unloading of construction materials and equipment Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing work areas Carry out basic tasks such as digging, trenching, and site cleanup under supervision Support carpenters, concrete workers, and other tradespeople with their duties as needed Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment Help with the installation of temporary structures like scaffolding and barricades Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and tools on-site

Requirements

Prior experience in construction, concrete flatwork, finishing and framing is required Able to climb ladders and work at various heights Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well as part of a team Basic understanding of safety procedures on construction sites Must be at least 18 years old Ability to pass a background check and able to access Mountain Home AFB prior to employment.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
