Janotta & Herner, a JHI Group Company, is looking for individuals with experience in the construction trades. We are a merit shop company with our main office located in Monroeville, Ohio. Our work area covers most of Northern Ohio, from Cleveland to Toledo and South to Mansfield, so reliable transportation and the ability to travel to remote locations daily is required. We employee carpenters, ironworkers, concrete masons, drywallers, and construction laborers. Our employees are not limited to one trade, our preferred employee is cross-trained and has experience working in several trades. Our typical workweek is Monday through Friday. The hours will vary seasonally from 8 to 10 hours a day. We occasionally have weekend and holiday shutdown projects that you may be asked to work. While prior experience working in the industrial/commercial construction is preferred, it is not required. Starting pay will be based on previous work experience. You must be able to pass a drug test, pre-employment physical, and background check.
