About us Looking for individuals interested in part time construction and labor work. We are a small business out of Kempton that is a real estate investment company that manages an in house rental portfolio, renovates/rents homes and apartments, and also flips homes. We also have a seperate entity that provides general contracting and construction management to other real estate investors for their renovation and flip projects. Projects generally range from a 25 mile radius from Kempton (19529), but most work is located in southern Schuylkill County. We are looking for a worker starting off on a part time basis during weekdays and potentially grow into full time. Which days and amount of hours are flexible. Pay would vary based on experience. Ideally applicant would have general knowledge of tools and have their own tools but not required. This would be a great position for someone who wants to learn about real estate investing and/or home remodeling. Some requirements for the position and non-negotiables:

• Positive attitude and work ethic
• Reliability and being on time
• Reliable transportation to travel to projects or to office in Kempton
• Professionalism

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.50 - $22.50 per hour Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
