Nate's Building Pros LLC

We're looking for dependable Construction Workers to support residential remodeling projects, with a strong focus on roof replacements. You'll work with a small crew doing hands-on work like demo, material handling, installation, job site cleanup, and general carpentry tasks. We're a family-oriented company that values quality work, respect, and long-term customer relationships.

Job Type

Full-time (part-time considered based on experience) Typical hours: Mon-Fri (some Saturdays as needed)

Responsibilities

Assist with roof tear-offs and roof installation (shingles and related components) Load/unload materials and tools; keep work areas organized Perform general labor tasks: demo, hauling debris, site prep, cleanup Support remodeling work (as needed): siding, flooring, drywall, painting, basic carpentry Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly Follow job site safety rules and wear required PPE Communicate with crew lead/foreman and follow directions Maintain a professional attitude with homeowners and team members

Requirements

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to lift 50-80 lbs and work on your feet all day Comfortable working outdoors in heat/cold and at heights (roof work) Willingness to learn and take feedback Basic tool knowledge (or strong willingness to learn quickly) Ability to pass a basic background check (if required for certain jobs) Basic construction tools, specialized equipment will be provided

Preferred (Not Required)

1+ year construction experience (roofing or remodeling is a plus) Experience with ladders, roof safety, and fall protection Valid driver's license Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic layout/measurements
