Job Description

The Construction Superintendent will oversee all on-site activities for restaurant construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to plans, schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards. This role involves coordinating subcontractors and vendors, conducting inspections, managing budgets, and traveling extensively to supervise multiple job sites while maintaining clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Supervise all on-site construction activities for restaurant projects, ensuring adherence to plans and schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times. Monitor project budgets, manage resources, and address any potential issues proactively. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any construction challenges. Communicate progress updates to the project management team and other relevant parties. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and change extensively to oversee multiple restaurant construction sites as required.
