Construction Technician
Job Description
We are a relationship-based remodeling firm that delivers high quality work on-time, every time. We service all Central Oregon in both residential and commercial capacities. Much of our work is comprised of disaster restoration through insurance repairs. What does this mean for you? Even in an unstable economic climate, we still have work. We are largely unaffected by recession and stagnation.
We are currently looking for a well-organized, trustworthy and self-driven Construction Technician. This person will play a key role in our company. They will be held accountable for all phases of the projects assigned to them. This position has the ability for rapid growth for the right individual.
Responsibilities for Construction Project Manager:
Complete drywall installation, taping, mudding, texturing, and repair work to a professional standard. Assist with general carpentry and construction tasks as needed across remodel and repair projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on job sites. Communicate professionally with customers, providing updates, answering questions, and representing the company in a positive manner. Transport materials, tools, and equipment using a company-provided truck. Work independently or as part of a small team to complete tasks efficiently and reliably. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and project timelines.

Experience:
Construction experience: 3+ years Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to read and interpret plans or work orders. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required). Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work in various environments. Professional appearance and demeanor.
