FBR Solutions is a leading Engineering and construction services company providing turnkey engineering construction solutions to Telecom, Cable, and Electric Utilities.

Responsibilities

Supervise sub-contractors Utilize ProWorks for daily activities and reporting. Ensure projects are following budget Plan and distribute work to field crews Ensure accurate and detailed billing is completed in a timely manner Travel between job sites to follow-up and ensure that project timelines are maintained according to client expectations. Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture. Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers Ensure that health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members on various aspects in the field. Communicate and work with clients (internal and external), Managers, Municipalities to ensure that any obstacles are removed, and projects are completed to client specifications and within timeline(s) Other duties as needed

Requirements

Experience managing subcontractors. Construction Management Degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of construction experience Minimum 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role Outstanding interpersonal, influencing skills to build strong relationships, and network effectively with all levels of the organization and with external clients and partners. Ability to read and interpret utility plans and general contracts. Detail oriented with strong analytical, organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills...English and Spanish preferred. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to various job sites
Pay: $71,791.34 - $86,458.39 per year
