Job Description
Overview
Brivan Contruction is looking to hire a key individual to manage our construction operations.
Brivan Construction specializes in building concrete tilt retail buildings located in prime locations in Utah/Idaho/Montana.
Responsibilities
Manage field superintendent. Recruit/retain/coordinate subcontractors. Monitor project budgets and costs meticulously. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans. Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality control standards and safety protocols.
Experience
Proven experience in construction management with a very strong background in concrete tilt method of construction.
We have over 40 projection in our pipeline throughout Utah/Idaho/Montana. We hope to build four buildings per year, one per quarter.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
