Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. This role requires effective leadership and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Utilize construction management software such as Buildertrend for project tracking and reporting. Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance (OSHA standards). Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project specifications. Oversee project scheduling Review blueprints, schematics, and construction estimates to ensure accuracy in project execution. Lead project meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, address concerns, and implement solutions. Supervise on-site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of construction site operations. Strong knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management within the construction industry. Excellent skills in project scheduling and resource management. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively for accurate project execution. Experience in quality control practices to maintain high standards of work. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA) applicable to the construction industry. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
