We are currently searching for a

Healthcare Environment Superintendent

:

The ideal candidate would be based out of Pellicano Construction's Atlanta or Athens office and will serve as the daily operations leader of projects for our valued clients. This Superintendent will work directly with our healthcare construction division delivery quality and safety in the dynamic healthcare environment.

What you will do

Provide hands-on management of a complex healthcare construction project within an active and operating clinical environment.

Make critical decisions for the scheduling, utilization and stewardship of material, equipment, labor and subcontract partner resources.

Work collaboratively with project managers, stakeholders and partners to establish strong communication on current progress, RFIs and active Change Orders.

Monitor and lead compliance with building safety regulations, completing JSA's and conducting daily site inspections. Leading safety and project update meetings.

What we think is great

3-7 years of experience in commercial construction, with a record of successful project completion in healthcare environments.

Proven track record in developing strong relationships with subcontract partners and successful project schedule completion.

Proficiency in construction software: Procore, Bluebeam and MS Project.

OSHA 30, CPR/First aid, preferred.

ICRA certification and/or Healthcare Constructor designation, preferred.

Salary Range based on years of experience and travel requirements ($85K-125K/year) plus annual bonus opportunities

Additional Car and Phone Allowance based on travel and responsibilities ($750/mo)
