Job Description
Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
Must have experience working on education, senior living or healthcare projects ranging up to 2M in value
Must be able to read drawings (structural, electrical, mechanical & plumbing), be familiar with take-offs, prepare labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor estimates. Effective interaction with contractors, engineers, architects, and team members is essential. Must be proficient in Excel and Word.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
