Job Description

The Construction Superintendent will oversee all aspects of highway and heavy civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires expertise in site work, earthwork, and concrete to successfully manage and lead construction teams in Albany.
Construction Superintendent

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of highway and heavy civil construction projects.
  • Coordinate and supervise site work, earthwork, and concrete activities to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all construction sites.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction activities.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
