The Construction Superintendent will oversee on-site operations for property development projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. This role is essential for managing teams, coordinating schedules, and maintaining safety in construction environments.

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams for seamless execution.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with local and federal guidelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct quality control checks to maintain high construction standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide guidance to team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and labor usage.
