Looking for a Superintendent who has experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects $5M+ in value. This position is local to the St. Louis area and does not require travel.

• Partner with Project Managers to budget, manage and forecast subcontractor labor, equipment, materials, and small tools.
• Supervise, order and coordinate activities of labor, subcontractors, and deliveries.
• Complete all reports and records in an accurate and timely manner.
• Cooperate with the owner and his representatives, keeping them informed of construction progress.
• Report regularly to the project manager to keep them constantly informed on job progress, plans, and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules.
• Maintain a daily diary to permanently record all significant project facts, events, conditions, visitors, owner representative contacts, commitments, agreements, and approvals.
• Demonstrate leadership skills with ability and willingness to face challenges, direct others, and effectively address conflict.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and field staff.

• At least 5 years of construction experience working in a Superintendent capacity
• Ground-up construction experience is required
• Experience leading projects $5M+
• Prior experience handling the full scope of work along with oversight of all the daily job site operations
• Communicates well with Project Managers, Subcontractors, Engineers, Architects, etc.
• Strong carpentry background is a plus
• Procore proficient
• Must be non-union or willing to freeze card

As a Superintendent with the group, you\'ll oversee all on-site operations with the opportunity to quickly grow into a Field Operations Manager position.

• Base salary $120,000 - $140,000 dependent on experience
